About Relato Relato is an AI content operations platform that gives marketing teams one workspace for their entire content workflow.
What Relato does
One workspace for the content workflow
Relato brings the tools a content team jumps between into one place. Instead of a chat assistant in one tab, a project board in another and a document in a third, briefing, drafting, review and publishing sit together in the same workspace.
AI content agents
Relato ships 20+ pre-built content agents that do specific jobs inside the workspace, including a Content Brief Assistant, a Content Gap Agent, an SEO Agent, a Fact Checker, a Writing Style Guide Agent, a Reddit Monitor Agent, a Thought Leader Agent and The Founder’s Proxy. The team assigns work to an agent and reviews the output in the same place the rest of the content lives.
A recurring monitor
Relato can run a recurring monitor that watches Reddit and keyword conversations for a brand. It runs on a recurring schedule and emails a digest on the days it finds threads worth answering.
Connect your assistants over MCP
Relato runs a public MCP server, so assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot can read from and write to a Relato workspace. Teams can also connect other MCP tools into Relato.
What makes Relato different
Built for the content workflow
Relato is built around content operations. Notion, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Airtable and Coda are general workspaces a team configures itself for whatever work it runs. Relato ships the content workflow ready to use.
Content agents across the whole workflow
Relato covers briefing, research, fact-checking and SEO work through its agents, alongside drafting.
A monitor built into the workspace
Relato can watch Reddit and keyword conversations and surface the threads a brand can genuinely help with, in the same workspace where the team drafts and publishes the reply.
Consolidation of the content stack
Relato replaces the split screen of a chat assistant, a board and a document with a single workspace, so context and drafts stay in one place.
Extensible over MCP
Relato exposes an MCP server and can connect other MCP tools in, so the workspace fits alongside the assistants a team already uses.

The team behind Relato
Relato was co-founded by David Baum, who is chief executive. Before Relato he led strategy at a large agency in the Nordics, then spent several years investing in and advising early-stage B2B software companies on go-to-market, which is where he saw the case for a dedicated content operations platform.
Relato’s mission is to drive business growth through content, with AI as an amplifier of human storytelling. Relato was built because content teams still cobble together general tools like Trello, Slack and Google Docs, and it brings that scattered workflow into one place that adapts to how a team already works. The name carries the same idea: Relato is Spanish for a story, account or narrative.
